Planning Partnership Process

PINNACLE

stage 1

You inquire. We respond personally. From there, we schedule a consultation to understand your vision, priorities, guest experience goals, and desired level of support. This conversation is designed to explore alignment, ensuring how we can best work together. 


Stage 2

Following your consultation, you will receive a tailored proposal outlining the recommended planning collection best suited to your celebration which includes scope, investment , and next steps. We encourage thoughtful review and are available to answer any clarifying questions.

Stage 3

To formally secure your date you need to sign your planning agreement and submit your retainer for planning services. Once both are received, your date is officially reserved within our calendar.

Stage 4

Following booking, you’ll receive a welcome email with next steps and access to your client portal, where everything is organized from the start. From there, your planning journey moves forward with structure, clarity, and
steady leadership.
