Planning Partnership Process

PINNACLE

stage 1

You inquire. We respond personally. From there, we schedule a consultation to understand your vision, priorities, guest experience goals, and desired level of support. This conversation is designed to explore alignment, ensuring how we can best work together. 


Stage 2

Following your consultation, you will receive a tailored proposal outlining the recommended planning collection best suited to your celebration which includes scope, investment , and next steps. We encourage thoughtful review and are available to answer any clarifying questions.

Stage 3

To formally secure your date you need to sign your planning agreement and submit your retainer for planning services. Once both are received, your date is officially reserved within our calendar.

Stage 4

Following booking, you’ll receive a welcome email with next steps and access to your client portal, where everything is organized from the start. From there, your planning journey moves forward with structure, clarity, and
steady leadership.

We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a general season, date, or location in mind, especially if you are considering a destination wedding in Western North Carolina or the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Early support allows us to help guide foundational decisions before they begin shaping the full experience, including venue direction, budget priorities, vendor recommendations, guest flow, and the overall vision for the weekend.

Do we need to have a venue booked before reaching out?

No. In fact, many couples benefit from connecting before the venue is finalized. The venue influences far more than the setting. It affects guest experience, logistics, design possibilities, vendor access, weather plans, transportation, and the overall flow of the celebration.

Once your inquiry is submitted, you will receive more information about our planning approach and collections. While we do have a thoughtful process in place, we always prefer to connect as soon as possible so we can learn more about your celebration, understand where you are in the planning process, and determine the best way to support you.

From there, we will guide you toward the collection that best fits your wedding, your priorities, and the level of partnership you are looking for.

You do not need to know the right collection before reaching out. During the consultation, we learn where you are in the planning process, what decisions have already been made, what still needs guidance, and how much responsibility you want our team to carry.

From there, we recommend the collection that best fits the scope, complexity, and support needed.

What is the investment for working with Pinnacle Events?

Our collections are recommended based on the level of support, guidance, and planning leadership each couple needs. Collections begin at $2,950, with the right fit determined by the scope, timing, complexity, and amount of support desired.

Our entry-level collection is best suited for couples who have planned many of the foundational details and want experienced guidance in the final few months, including structure, communication, timeline support, and wedding day leadership. Our partial planning and design collections offer a more involved partnership, with added support around vendor direction, design cohesion, logistics, and decision-making.

When Pinnacle Events is brought in early, the planning process becomes more thoughtful, guided, and supported from the beginning. Full planning collections begin at $10,000 and are designed for clients who want an experienced team to help shape the vision, guide meaningful decisions, manage vendor direction, and protect the overall guest experience. This level of partnership reflects the time, strategy, communication, and calm leadership needed to make the process feel clear, personal, and beautifully managed without requiring you to carry every detail yourself.
